Our control room is a 100% Australian-owned company, operating a fully manned 24 hour Grade 1C monitoring control room.  They have a large network of independent patrol companies across Melbourne, ensuring quick response times to all alarm conditions.

Each customer is treated individually, allowing you to customise your instructions regarding the monitoring of your system.  In the event of an alarm condition, the Control Room will act according to your specific instructions.  

Various types of alarm conditions that are responded to by our Control Room include:
